CURRENT ORDER DELIVERY STATUS
Any orders received by this date will be processed and posted during the following few weeks. Because we are busy making many more CDs than normal please be patient for your delivery. Don't worry, you WILL receive your CDs!
Due to the very large numbers of orders received, we are very behind with CD making and posting of your orders compared with usual. As you know, we have always made CDs to order rather than holding stocks. Many people have understandably taken advantage of our 50% off closing down sale and that has resulted in an even higher level of orders being placed.
Please do not phone or email us asking about the status of your delivery. That really does slow everything down even more! If there is any problem with your order, we WILL have already written to you.
Thanks for your patience! We are getting there, and Kim and Nikki are working their socks off (even in the evenings and weekends) to move things along as fast as possible.
CDs are being made in batches (of varying amounts of order number batches). We are doing it this way and NOT waiting until the end of the sale to work out the total numbers of each CD and then making them. Therefore shipping will be in batches on a first ordered - first delivered basis.
Note: If your order has arrived without credit card payment authorisation, then we WILL have written to you, and then on receipt of payment your order may be shuffled down to the next batch of CDs being made. We do not make your CDs until payment has been authorised and made.
